The One Vibe arrived yesterday. I'm beyond pleased!
- This is the best packing and packaging job I've ever seen. We had only to cut the straps to easily be able to unpack the vibraphone. Apple Computer could take pointers from y'all on how to package for easy access.
- XPO delivered it without a scratch or dent; the driver was thoroughly professional. I can see why you use them.
- The vibe has a ringing, bell-like clarity and the pedal and damper are easy to adjust.
- I love the magnetic drive; no belts to install!
- The motor is quiet and I love the wide range of speeds.
- Height adjustment is easy on my back and perfect for me (I'm 6' 1").
- I'm using some Marimba One mallets (BJB Vibe) I ordered some months ago from Steve Weiss and they're quite nice.
- Attention to detail and quality control is evident throughout.
