Marimba

The Jewel Marimba had me feeling like a little kid again in all the best ways. The unique pattern and layout almost discourages the learning of patterns and in its place encourages openness and leading with a sense of curiosity. My sense of time dissolved the more I played it, I was captivated by the unpredictable nature of the keys, combined with the somehow very grounding and deeply familiar resonance the instrument was producing. The sound is impossible to describe with words.

I just wanted to let you know how pleased we are with our new marimba. My son and I have both been playing it almost every day. It is such a beautiful instrument and very easy to tell how much care was taken in building it. I was a finish carpenter in my past life so I have an eye for detail and fine craftsmanship. Thank you so much for an amazing instrument.

Thank You for the beautiful instrument that you made for us.  Everyone is over the moon, and non-percussionists are drawn to it when they hear it, as the sound is so rich.  Our donor is equally happy with how it turned out.

The Marimba One 5-octave Wave Marimba (#9601) is an incredible instrument. I wouldn't wish to have any other instrument. I like the simplicity of it and the sound profile, which is very beautiful and works everywhere and every time. I very much like the design and build quality.  It's very fun to play - I can express my feelings and thoughts best with it.  I know it will serve me for many years and experiences.

Our program has benefited greatly by the addition of our 9611 5.0 octave Wave Marimba. The quality in design and sound is only outpaced by the fantastic customer service we received from Ron and the whole Marimba One team. I wouldn’t change a single thing about my experience!  

I had a wonderful time performing on my new M1 Izzy during the debut concert for Coriolis Duo in NYC this past weekend! I was astounded by the resonance and depth of the instrument, which gave me the ability to project my musical ideas to the audience with clarity and nuance. Furthermore, the impeccable frame design and practical cases made moving a 5 octave marimba in NYC as seamless as possible; load-in and load-out were refreshingly straightforward.

We received our 3100 marimba today - Thank you for helping us through this process. The custom engraving on the #4 rail is perfect. We love the marimba and will be using it for many years to come.
